Delivery Information

We use trusted delivery providers to provide fast and reliable service at your door. In the United States, delivery of your order is made by USPS. All deliveries are sent by periodicals class mail, unless you specifically request first-class delivery. We will advise you of the additional charge that is applicable when you inquire about first-class delivery.

It takes approximately six to eight weeks for delivery of your first issue from the time your order is first placed. This is an estimate, but is not a guarantee. Orders to small centres or remote locations may require extra shipping time.

Payment Options

In the United States, subscriptions may be purchased using Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discovery, money order or cheque. In Canada, subscriptions may be purchased using Visa, MasterCard, Amex, money order or cheque.

All prices quoted are in the currency indicated on the web site and include delivery charges.

Cancellations

Subscriptions are non-refundable.

You may cancel your subscription any time by notifying us at 1-800-285-5454, by email or mail to Satellite DIRECT Box 5763 Harlan, IA 51593 - 1263. You may receive one or two issues after you have cancelled, depending on the date of cancellation.
