A. Delivery Information
We use trusted delivery providers to provide fast and reliable service at your door. All orders are delivered in the United States by USPS. All deliveries are sent by second class mail, unless you specifically request first-class delivery. We will advise you of the additional charge that is applicable when you inquire about first-class delivery.

It takes approximately four to six weeks for delivery of your first issue from the time your order is first placed. This is an estimate, but is not a guarantee. Orders to small centres or remote locations may require extra shipping time.

B. Payment Options
In the United States, subscriptions may be purchased using Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, money order or cheque. 
If you use our web site to order a product, purchase totals will appear on the Order Confirmation Screen. You will receive a Confirmation email or a mailed invoice that lists the items ordered. If you wish, we can send you a receipt by email, regular mail or fax.
All prices quoted are in the currency indicated on the web site and include delivery charges.

C. Auto-Renewal
Satellite Direct is a monthly or yearly magazine subscription. All subscriptions paid for online automatically renew every calendar month or every year depending on the type of subscription purchased. By purchasing Satellite Direct online, you accept the responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation and you hereby authorize Satellite Direct to bill your credit card as described. 

D. Cancellations
Subscriptions are non-refundable.

You may cancel your subscription any time by notifying us at 1-877-895-7192, or by email.  Please cancel before your automatic billing date or by the first of the month to avoid additional charges. You may receive one or two issues after you have cancelled, depending on the date of cancellation.

E. Address Changes
Please notify us at 1-877-895-7192 or email us to modify the delivery address associated with your account. You must submit your address change prior to the first of the month in order for the magazine to be delivered to your new address without interruption. We are uable to provide refunds for any magazines that are unable to be delivered due to the timing of the address change request.
