A. Delivery Information
We use trusted delivery providers to provide fast and reliable service at your door. In the United States, delivery of your order is made by USPS. All deliveries are sent by third class mail, unless you specifically request first-class delivery. We will advise you of the additional charge that is applicable when you inquire about first-class delivery.
It takes approximately four to six weeks for delivery of your first issue from the time your order is first placed. This is an estimate, but is not a guarantee. Orders to small centres or remote locations may require extra shipping time.
Delivery charges are itemized on your sales invoice. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
B. Payment Options
In the United States, subscriptions may be purchased using Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, money order or cheque. In Canada, subscriptions may be purchased using Visa, MasterCard, Amex, money order or cheque.
If you use our web site to order a product, purchase totals will appear on the Order Confirmation Screen. You will receive a Confirmation email or a mailed invoice that lists the items ordered. If you wish, we can send you a receipt by email, regular mail or fax.
All prices quoted are in the currency indicated on the web site and include delivery charges.
Subscriptions are non-refundable.
